RS Robotics, a specialized division of RS Management Education & Training Services FZE, was founded in 2017 by Prof. Dr. Roque Senga—an internationally recognized engineer and project management expert with over three decades of experience across the Middle East and Asia.
The initiative was born from a critical observation: while the GCC rapidly advances in digital transformation, many schools struggle to translate STEM investments into measurable educational outcomes—particularly within inspection frameworks such as IRTIQAA.
Robotics programs were being introduced—but without strategic alignment, teacher enablement, or evidence of impact.
